个人简介

Principle Investigator and Tenured Associated Professor at Peking University Center for Public Health and Epidemic Preparedness & Response. Standing member of the Statistical Theory and Methods Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Health Information and Health Big Data, member of the Biostatistics Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, member of the Health Statistics Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Medical Statistics and Education, member of the Expert Group on Prevention and Control of COVID-19, Chinese Preventive Medicine Association.

Graduated from the School of Public Health, Nanjing Medical University in 2011 with a major in Biostatistics, majoring in Biostatistics, and obtained a doctoral degree. From 2011 to 2022, served as a Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at the School of Public Health, Nanjing Medical University. I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard University School of Public Health from 2012 to 2015.

Presided over the general programs and youth programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the sub projects of the major research programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the NIEHS Pilot Project, and participated as a research backbone in the key R&D program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the key program of strategic international scientific and technological cooperation, and the COVID-19 program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As of April 2023, 63 research papers have been published as the first or corresponding author (including co authors) in authoritative biomedical journals such as The BMJ, Mol Cancer, Am J Respir Crit Care Med, J Thorac Oncol, Chest, Engineering, Environment Int, JAMA Network Open, etc. The disease risk prediction model constructed has obtained 1 invention patent and 3 software copyrights. The relevant research results were included in the methodology recommendation column of the 2021 Sepsis and ARDS Precision Medicine Research Program by the American Thoracic Association (ATS), and won the second prize of the 2019 Higher Education Science Research Excellence Award (Natural Science) (ranked second). Provided reliable statistical and data science support for over a hundred high-quality clinical trials.

北京大学公众健康与重大疫情防控战略研究中心研究员，长聘副教授，博士研究生导师。中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会统计理论与方法专业委员会常务委员、中华预防医学会生物统计分会委员、中国医药统计教育协会卫生统计教育专业委员会委员、中华预防医学会新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控专家组成员。

2011年毕业于南京医科大学公共卫生学院流行病与卫生统计学专业，生物统计学方向，获博士学位。2011至2022年于南京医科大学公共卫生学院生物统计学系任讲师、副教授、教授。2012至2015年于哈佛大学公共卫生学院从事肿瘤基因组学相关博士后研究工作。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目子课题、 NIEHS Pilot Project，作为研究骨干参与科技部重点研发计划·战略性国际科技合作重点专项和国家自然科学基金新冠专项。截至2023年4月，以第一或通讯作者（含共同）于The BMJ、Mol Cancer、Am J Respir Crit Care Med、J Thorac Oncol、Chest、Engineering、Environ Int、JAMA Network Open等生物医学权威期刊发表研究论文63篇，所构建的疾病风险预测模型获得发明专利1项、软件著作权3项。相关研究成果被美国胸科协会（ATS）写入2021年度“Sepsis和ARDS精准医学研究纲要”的方法学推荐栏目，获得2019年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（自然科学）二等奖（排名第 2 ）。为百余项高质量临床研究提供了可靠的统计学和数据科学支持。
